When the abs is deleted on late model touring models (09 to present) there is a large open area. We designed this plate to bolt in and give you a nice  canvas to add accessories to. Samples would be air ride components, fuse holders, and or brake components.  This product comes with a raw mount plate ( no holes) and mounting hardware.
